Seat Assignments

  • Seating assignments are made at the time of booking whenever possible.

  • OK TOURS reserves the right to reassign seats at any time due to operational needs.

  • Passengers may be assigned available seating at departure.

  • Seat changes do not qualify for refunds or compensation.


 

Health & Safety

By purchasing a ticket and boarding an OK TOURS motorcoach, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the information provided on this page.

 

OK TOURS reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who displays signs or symptoms of a contagious illness.

 

If a passenger becomes ill during the trip, OK TOURS may refuse transportation for the return portion of the tour if doing so is necessary to protect the health and safety of other passengers.

For casino or special event trips, admission into the destination venue is subject to that venue's policies and capacity restrictions. Transportation by OK TOURS does not guarantee admission.


 

Responsibility

OK TOURS carefully selects hotels, restaurants, attractions, and transportation providers to provide quality travel experiences.

 

However, OK TOURS does not own or operate these independent businesses and cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Accidents

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Service interruptions

  • Acts or omissions of hotels, restaurants, attractions, other transportation providers, or other third parties.

 

Tour prices are based on rates, tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change prior to final payment.

 

OK TOURS reserves the right to:

  • Modify itineraries when necessary

  • Substitute hotels or attractions of comparable quality

  • Cancel or alter tours due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Terminate tour participation of any passenger whose behavior disrupts the tour or endangers others

 

Unused portions of a tour after departure are non-refundable.


 

Luggage

Each passenger may bring:

  • One large checked suitcase

  • One small carry-on or overnight bag

 

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

OK TOURS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal items.


 

Parking & Departure Locations

Parking and departure locations are public city and or private properties and may change without notice. Parking fees are subject to change.

 

OK TOURS is not responsible for:

  • Theft

  • Fire

  • Vandalism

  • Vehicle damage

  • Vehicle towing

 

Parking is entirely at the owner's risk.


 

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited on all motorcoaches. Open alcoholic beverages are also prohibited. Scheduled stops will be provided where passengers may smoke outside the coach.


 

Deposits

A $100 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve a package tour and is collected at the time of your initial booking.


 

Final Payment

Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure.


 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 40 passengers is required for most tours.

If OK TOURS cancels a tour due to insufficient participation or operational reasons, passengers will receive the option of a full refund or travel credit.

Passenger Cancellation

30 days or more before departure

  • Payments made against a trip can be refunded (except for the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit) or can be issued as a travel credit valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.

14–29 days before departure

  • 50% of the payments made against the trip will be non-refundable/non-transferable

  • Remaining balance issued as travel credit valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.

13 days or fewer before departure

  • 100% of the payments made against the trip are non-refundable/non-transferable.

  • No refunds or travel credits.

Travel credits:

  • Have no cash value

  • Can only be applied by the original booking client


 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Equipment breakdowns

  • Mechanical delays

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Venue schedule changes

  • Events beyond OK TOURS' control

  • No-shows

  • Unused portions of a tour

Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee, plus applicable bank charges.


 

Not Included

Unless specifically listed in the itinerary, tour prices do not include:

  • Meals

  • Transportation to and from departure location

  • Telephone charges

  • Laundry

  • Valet service

  • Room service

  • Optional excursions

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal expenses

  • Gratuities

  • Government permit fees

  • Costs resulting from illness or personal itinerary changes


 

Passenger Safety

For your safety:

  • Remain seated while the motorcoach is moving.

  • Keep aisles clear.

  • Follow all instructions provided by the driver or tour escort.

  • Standing or walking while the bus is in motion may result in injury due to sudden stops or road conditions.


 

Lost & Found

OK TOURS is not responsible for personal items left on the motorcoach.

Any items recovered will be held for a limited time when possible.


 

ADA Compliance

OK TOURS complies with all applicable Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations.

We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, or disability.

Passengers requiring special accommodations should notify us at the time of booking.


 

Service Animal & Emotional Support Animal Policy

OK TOURS is committed to providing safe, comfortable, and accessible transportation for all passengers while complying with applicable federal and state laws.

 

Service Animals

OK TOURS welcomes trained service animals that accompany passengers with disabilities.

A service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to perform specific tasks or work for the benefit of a person with a disability.

 

Examples of qualifying tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Guiding individuals who are blind or have low vision

  • Alerting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing

  • Pulling a wheelchair

  • Assisting with mobility or balance

  • Alerting and protecting during seizures

  • Retrieving medication or other necessary items

  • Interrupting or responding to symptoms of psychiatric disabilities

 

Service animals must:

  • Remain under the handler's control at all times.

  • Be leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless the handler's disability prevents the use of these devices.

  • Remain on the floor or within the passenger's personal seating area.

  • Not occupy passenger seats.

  • Be housebroken and well-behaved.

  • Not obstruct aisles, exits, or emergency equipment.

 

OK TOURS reserves the right to refuse or remove a service animal if it:

  • Is out of control and the handler does not take effective action.

  • Displays aggressive or threatening behavior.

  • Is not housebroken.

  • Creates a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

 

Staff may ask only the following questions when the need for the service animal is not obvious:

  1. Is the dog required because of a disability?

  2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?

Employees will not request documentation, certification, identification cards, or require the animal to demonstrate its trained task.

 

Passengers traveling with a service animal are responsible for:

  • Maintaining control of the animal at all times.

  • Caring for and supervising the animal throughout the trip.

  • Cleaning up after the animal.

  • Ensuring the animal does not interfere with the comfort or safety of other passengers.

 

Any damage caused by a service animal is the responsibility of the passenger.

 

Emotional Support Animals

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), comfort animals, therapy animals, companion animals, or pets whose sole function is to provide emotional comfort, companionship, or emotional support are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

 

Advance Notice

Although advance notice is not required, passengers traveling with a service animal are encouraged to notify OK TOURS before departure so we can assist with seating arrangements and ensure a comfortable travel experience.


 

Pets

Pets are not permitted on OK TOURS motorcoaches unless specifically authorized for a particular charter or special event.


 

Passenger Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

The following are prohibited:

  • Verbal abuse

  • Physical aggression

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behavior

  • Profanity directed toward passengers or staff

  • Illegal substances

  • Excessive intoxication

Passengers who violate these rules may be removed from the tour without refund.


 

Casino Tours

  • Passengers must be 21 years of age or older.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required.


 

Sporting Event Tours

Game schedules and kickoff times are determined by the venue and league and may change without notice.

OK TOURS is not responsible for schedule changes.

Pricing is subject to ticket availability.

Groups of two or more are not guaranteed adjacent seating at event venues.
