Tentative Itinerary

• Depart from Downtown N. Pecos St., San Antonio, Texas. Between Commerce & Dolorosa. Downtown San Antonio; Next to Market Square

• Stop in Waco, TX for meal (location of your choice, eat your own expense)

• Arrive at Hotel and check in for one night

• Enjoy the game! After the game, you'll have one hour to board our motorcoach for our departure back to San Antonio, TX *NO EXCEPTIONS*

AT&T Stadium Bag Policy

In an effort to enhance public safety, AT&T Stadium has modified its security policy by limiting the size and style of bags allowed in the stadium. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Please limit the number of items you bring to the stadium on event days.

 

Prohibited Bags | Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• All purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag

• Backpacks

• Binocular cases (binoculars may be worn around the neck)

• Briefcases

• Camera bags

• Cinch bags

• Computer bags

• Coolers

• Fanny packs

• Luggage of any kind

• Seat Cushions

 

Approved Bags:

• Clear tote - plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12"x6"x12"

• Plastic Storage Bag - clear, one (1) gallon, re-sealable

• Small clutch purse - approximately the size of a hand or without a handle or strap. No larger than 4.5"x6.5" with or without a handle or strap. Can be carried separately or within an approved plastic bag.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Insurance for trip cancellation, baggage damage or loss, and trip accident is available. We strongly recommend these optional coverage’s. Ask your insurance agent for details not included on this package.

 

LUGGAGE: Baggage handling is included for one large piece of luggage per person. Please limit yourself to one large bag. An overnight case or similar bag is permitted if you are willing to be responsible for it. OK TOURS is not liable for loss of, or damage to luggage, or any other article or purchase while traveling.

 

PARKING/PICK UP LOCATIONS: Parking locations are subject to change. Price of parking is subject to change. OK TOURS is not responsible for vandalism, theft, fire, vehicle towing, or damages to any left on any of these properties. OK TOURS is not affiliated with any parking location. Parking is always at your own risk.

 

SMOKING/LIQUOR: Smoking or open liquor is NOT allowed on the motorcoach. Frequent rest, meal and sightseeing stops are made that afford the opportunity to smoke while off the motorcoach.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRIP REQUIREMENTS: For trips into Canada, Mandatory Documents are required. Travelers will be the required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. Visit  www.travel.state.gov for more information.

DEPOSITS: A $100.00 per person deposit will hold your motorcoach tour reservation. NON- REFUNDABLE.

 

FINAL PAYMENT: For Motorcoach Tours is due thirty (30) days prior departure. NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

CANCELLATION FEE & REFUNDS: We must have a minimum of 40 passengers or trip will be cancelled. If cancelled by passenger 30 days or more prior to departure, all payments made up until that point will be held as credit for future use within 270 days. If cancelled 29-14 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of full payment – the remaining 50% will be held as credit for future use within 270 days from date of cancellation. If cancelled 13 days or less prior to departure the cancellation fee is 100% of full payment. NO MONEY BACK. NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO MONEY BACK. NON-TRANSFERABLE. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. WE ACCEPT: Cash, Travelers checks, Personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AE. Returned checks $35.00 charge fees plus bank fees.

 

NOT INCLUDED: Mexican permit fees, meals not specified on the itinerary’s transportation between your home and point of origin and termination telephoned charges, personal services such as laundry, valet, room service, optional tours, insurance, any cost incurred through absence or deviation from the stated itinerary for any reason including illness, any cost not specified, tips of any kind.

 

OK TOURS MOVING BUS POLICY: Passengers are reminded that they should remain in their seats while bus is in motion for their safety. Passengers understand that to walk or stand can be hazardous due to sudden stops, breaking or uneven road surfaces that can cause passengers to fall and injure themselves.

OK TOURS REFUND POLICY: No refund due to equipment (bus) breakdown or mechanical failure or for events. Reservations and schedules changes not under direct control of OK TOURS. No shows- No refunds.

 

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Will be available at time of purchase. OK TOURS is NOT responsible for any item left on the bus.

 

COMPLIANCE: OK TOURS complies with all A.D.A. policies, procedures and regulations. OK TOURS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, or disability.

 

CONDUCT: OK TOURS does not condone costumers to verbally or physically insult any other costumer and/or staff. Incidents will result in immediate removal from motorcoach and loss of trip. Profanity is not allowed on the motorcoach.

 

Sporting Event Tours: OK TOURS is not responsible for any kick off times that change without notice. Price of trip is subject to change based on availability. Parties of four or more are not guaranteed seats together at venue.
